The idea for Mooner was born a few years ago but was hiding on the shelves for a few years before we decided to bring it back to life. We came up with a way for anyone to make that extra buck if they are able to. Mooner is a location-based service application that allows people to provide services at prices they feel comfortable with. Service Providers and Service Seekers negotiate their own prices. The utility token is used for transactions on the application.
