Capital-efficient synthetic assets can be found on the Cardano platform. When users mint iUSD within the Indigo Protocol, they need to deposit enough ADA to ensure over-collateralization. If the value of a user's ADA collateral begins to decrease, a user can add more to their iUSD position. The Stability Pool providers will allow the user to keep their iUSD but will exchange it for a higher value ADA collateral. ADA is being used as a security in a CDP while users still receive ADA staking rewards.
