The world's first stable coin was created by the MahaDAO platform. The vault owner pays a fee if he/she wants to. As a governance token, $MAHA token holders will have the ability to vote on various parameters that will govern $ARTH such as the stability fee, risk parameters of various collaterals, reward distributions, etc.
