The Frax Protocol is a stable coin system. Frax is open-source, permissionless, and completely on-chain. The goal of the Frax protocol is to provide a highlyScalable,Decentralized,Algorithm money in place of fixed-supply digital assets. The ratio of collateralized and algorithmic is affected by the market's pricing. If Frax is above $1 the protocol decreases the ratio. There is no inflation schedule in the protocol and the Frax Shares token supply is hard capped at 100 million. The Frax Protocol is a stable coin. Half of the currency is given to yield farmers. Frax has a founding team of engineers. Sam Kazemian came up with the idea when he noticed that stable coins didn't have a lot of monetary policy. There were projects that were based on monetary policy that failed. Frax shares are available in liquid form.
