Frax Finance - Frax Ether FRXETH Price 2,025.12
Frax ether is one of the three primary components. FrxETH is a stable coin that can be used on the Frax platform. There is a version of FrxETH that has a staking yield. The holders get the profit from Frax ether validators. The Frax ETH Minter allows the exchange of ETH for FrxETH, spinning up new validators, and minting new FrxETH equal to the amount of ETH sent. The amount of FrxETH in circulation is the same as the amount of ETH in the Frax ETH system. When ETH is sent, an equivalent amount of FrxETH is created. The vault is used to accumulate the staking yield of the Frax ETH validators. If users deposit their FrxETH into the vault, they can earn staking yield. The exhange rate increases when rewards are added to the vault.
