TheCELer Network is an internet-scalable, trust-free, and privacy-preserving platform that everyone can quickly build and use. The Celer Network has a consistent and loosely coupled architecture that allows for the rapid evolution of each component. There are two types of participants, OSPs acting as borrowers and Network Liquidity Backers acting as lenders.
